Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install any software?

No. Everything runs in the browser. All you need is the access code we send when we activate your account. Nothing to install, nothing to set up.

How long does a portrait take?

Usually under a minute. The system creates two versions at once so you can pick the one that best captures the baby's face.

Can I regenerate if I don't like the result?

Yes. In the portal you can regenerate each version once with a single click. Regenerations don't use credits from your pack.

Can I charge my patients for it?

Yes. You set the price: sell it as an add-on, include it in a package or give it as a gift. The calculator on this page helps you estimate your margin.

What if the ultrasound isn't very sharp?

It works with 3D, 4D and 5D ultrasounds where the face is visible, even with a hand in front or less sharpness. If the result isn't right, you can regenerate each version once without using credits.

Do credits expire?

Yes. The Basic plan (10 uses) lasts 90 days and the 30- and 50-use plans last 30 days. If you buy a new plan before the current one expires, it starts counting when the previous one ends, so you don't lose any days.

What patient data do you need?

None. You only upload the ultrasound image; we recommend cropping or covering the header with the patient's name. Portraits are saved in your portal history, which can only be opened with your clinic's access code.
